Potato Bacon Cheddar

Potato pizza was a white pie topped with mozzarella, seasoned red bliss potato,  bacon and finished with scallions and freshly shredded cheddar. The ranch sauce was a nice tangy option.

The reuben tasted exactly like a sandwich with smoked pastrami piled high with sauerkraut, mozzarella, scallions and Russian dressing.
