After a solid day of skiing, nothing hits the spot better than Southern BBQ. Next to one of the largest wooden rolling pins is BBQ Bob’s Real Pit BBQ truck and its a must try. We tried Heat Wave Chilli. It was thick, spicy and salty, filled with beans, pulled pork, sausage.
The “Bodine”, a pile of tender pulled pork, beef brisket and hot links smother in BBQW beans, Bob’s honey mustard cole slaw and pickles. The coleslaw and brisket was by far the best part of the plate. The plate came with cornbread which was dry as if it sat in the warmer for too long.
