On my quest for a cupcake in Grand Central, I went for the vanilla buttercream frosting, sprinkles, on a vanilla cupcake. In addition, I bought a small Junior’s cheesecake. I’ve seen Junior’s sold on QVC for years, but I am thrilled I finally tried it.
The cupcake frosting had the right sweetness, not too sweet, just right and the cake itself was the same cake that is on the bottom of the cheesecake. Soft and has a light sweetness.
Junior’s cheesecake is rich, simple, decadent and really luscious.
