Tapacs 24 is on Disputaction, 269 off of the Passeig de Gracia. The brilliant, moderately priced Tapacs 24 is owned by Chef Carlos Abellan. Chef Abellan created Commerc 24, his famous seafood resataurant.
I can not reiterate enough Tapacs 24 is a must visit when going to Barcelona. Tapas 24 and their staff has exceptional attention detail and the meal is worth the hour wait and worth another visit. One of the best meals and tapas we had on our trip.

Tapacs 24 does not take reservations. Here is the look into the restaurant waiting in line. There are 4 tables for outside seating a bar and several seats in the semi open kitchen.
