On the walk to Guadi’s Sagrada Familia, we stumbled upon a Xurreria on Cartagena, 314-316.  To my utmost delight the owner was frying fresh churros and homeade potato chips.

He had recently fried churros waiting for a patron and a quick sugar dusting.

I ordered one order and received a paper cone of churros for two Euros. The lightly sweetened churros were nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
