Post 390 is great for for lunch (they have huge salads), after work cocktails (great Dark and Stormies) and for dinner (Buttermilk Fried Cornish Game Hen, flatbreads and fries).
The tavern like restaurant is located at the corner of Clarendon and Stuart, near the Post Office and John Hancock building. I recently returned to Post 390 for their Backyard BBQ deals. On Sunday and Monday 3pm until evenings close, there have discounted food deals.
Bucket of 5 Miller High Life Ponies for $15 and $3 for additional singles
Oysters on the half shell, for $1 each
The 1/2 Lb Beef Burger was juicy and had with melty cheddar and sweet caramelized onions for $9. I enjoyed their tower of toppings, onion, tomato, pickle and olive. The burger was quite hearty so I packed the other half home.I am personally not a fan of Deviled Eggs and those in our party who ordered them said they were not memorable for $2.
