U Chiang Mai Hotel restaurant was a great break from the chaotic Sunday Market. We were getting a bit hungry and needed some air conditioning.
We enjoyed a refreshing a glass of Singha beer.
We had an ice tea with a tangy twist of lime.
We had tasty cashew chicken, cucumber and tomato slices with with steamed rice.
We had creamy coconut and chicken soup with savory mushrooms and spring onions.
We loved the dessert of fresh fruit of slices of watermelon, cantalope and pineapple.
