Bread and Roses Bakery is an adorable bakery. Although not a nut free bakery, they do mark off items that do not have nuts, are vegan and other dietary restrictions.

The cupcakes with lots of frosting, lemon and berry tarts, lemon raspberry tarts caught our eye.There were chocolate cakes, cream puffs, german chocolate cake, brownies and even slices of wedding cake.

Our two favorites were side by side. A match made with fruit tarts and eclairs baiting us.
The eclair has a golden brown pastry shell filled with our made from scratch pastry cream- a delicious blend of custard and fresh whipped cream. Not too heavy. Topped with a piping of chocolate ganache.
