We love being near the Eiffel Tour, especially when it turns into night and the lights are all illuminated. We however did not want or plan on climbing the stairs to the top again. The long amusement park lines, the hours of waiting maybe worth it le premier fois, but not this time around. Just observing from a far is quite nice.
