We stayed at a Starwood Property, the Dolphin Hotel during our stay at Disneyworld. They Dolphin fish, water themed hotel had fountains, blue and tan color scheme, but comfortable Starwood beds. We were exceptionally impressed by the catering and logistical capabilities of the staff.
For all our park menu research, we heavily relied on All Ears, WDWInfo and a friend who was a dedicated guest relations member at Disneyworld for several years. His best tip was free ice water from all Quick Service restaurants (most non-air conditioned or lower priced restaurant options). FREE!
To visit the parks, we cut down on time and purchased our parks tickets in hotel. At this time, our One Day Park Hoppers (Adult) cost $132.06 each and then the additional One Day Park (Adult) was $94.79, not including tax. Our plan was Epcot for the day and an additional half day at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Let the memories begin!
