The Morocco Pavilion was one of the most majestic of all the places we “traveled”. We loved all the architecture, tiles, captivating accents, ornate pottery and gorgeous rugs.
We spoke to one of the castmembers from Morocco about various greetings and he explained Habibi means darling or love. Ya habibi.
Although we were tempted to have some hummus, grape leaves, kebabs and falafel, we had just eaten so went straight for the sweets in the back bakery.

We chatted with Asmae, one of the Moroccan cast members and enjoyed an iced mint tea for $2.50 and a serving of pistachio baklava for $2.99.
