Zuni Cafe is known for their roast chicken, as well as the Zuni caesar salad ($10). We loved the copper plated bar, lighting and friendliness of the staff. Our salad was the best caesar ever eaten. The salad had a zen quality with the perfect balance of coated croutons and creamy and tangy dressing. The crusty bread served as well was a nice addition to the salad. A must get again.
