Baked Cinnamon Apples

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Yes, but once in a while, a warm cinnamon baked apple is better. After coring the apple, I douse it with maple syrup or agave nectar, cinnamon, a pat of butter and granulated sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, cool slightly and enjoy.

I am not going to list the exact measurements of the ingredients, I just go with the flow on this one. In a few, I will post a “cored” cupcake filled with frosting.  I think the apples and cupcake juxtaposition will be a lot of fun!
