Given the tremendously long line at Hopdoddy, we knew we would be trying it during an off hour. We hopped into line, the waitress gave us a number and assigned us a seat in the dining room. As we ordered at the counter, we noticed how quickly we moved through the line. In fifteen minutes, our burger and fries were delivered to our table.
Hopdoddy serves fresh burgers, fries, ice cream. They grind the meat, in-house, daily.
Hopdoddy makes homemade milk shakes for $5. The flavors included, Oreo, Dutch Chocolate, Mexican Vanilla, Raspberry White Chocolate, Caramel & Sea Salt, Nutella & Chocolate Covered Pretzel. I definitely will try the Salted caramel sometime.
They also serve alcoholic beverages, hard limeades, sangria, margaritas, martinis, wine as well as cane sugar sodas.
The kitchen, fresh tomatoes and Hollywood fries boxes
They servce the best chili cheese fries we have ever eaten. These Kennebec potatoes fries with a side of chili cheese for $5.50 were worth every penny and then some. The fresh cheese sauce and chunks of chili flavored beef was so good. It is not your nightmarish rubbery chili cheese version from 7-11.
We shared the Magic Shroom burger ($8) Angus Beef, Texas Goat Cheese, Field Mushrooms, Mayo & Basil Pesto and it was juicy, thick and very fresh. We tried the complimentary sauces chipotle ketchup, honey mustard and barbeque sauce. The honey mustard with fries were awesome.
