Homemade Chocolate Cherry Bark

This paper thin chocolate brings sweetness to the tangy dried cherries.


  • 6 ounces (4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries (chopped)
  • sprinkling of mini chips


Melt chocolate in microwave at 30 second increments (90 seconds total) until melted. Spread evenly onto a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Top with cherries cherries. Cool for about 40 minutes or freeze for 20 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
