Maison Georges Larnicol is an over 5o-year-old French chocolatier in Le Quartier Latin. We were drawn in by the chocolate covered nuts, dried fruit, bits of crunchy and texture chocolates to smooth caramels.
The crunchy bites of dark, milk and white chocolate were just so good. The texture was awesome and we also loved the disks of chocolate with nuts and fruit,
We of course had to get some macarons. They were moderately priced compared to Pierre Hermes, and had two get two boites.
The self serve caramels looked so alluring. Was very tempted to scoop up a bag of these buttery candies as well.
George Larnicol is a revered a pastry chef in Paris and the house of chocolate offers Kouign amann, a Brittany based pastry treat.
Some of the goodies were cutely wrapped in a clear box and a wooden basket.
