In 2012, we were so fortunately to expereince some wonderful travel and food adventures. ISome of our favorite memories in Thailand include Elephant Nature Park, North of Chiang Mai, Wild Rose Yoga Studio and Sawasdee Guesthouse in Chiang Mai.
The best moules frites and escargots ever eaten was at Aux Armes de Bruxelles Rue des Bouchers, Brussels, Belgium. Herbavious, buttery and perfectly cookies.
Some of the best Greek food we have ever eaten was at Symeons, Yorkville, New York. Delicious kebabs, gyros and baklava.
One of the most opulent tea experiences was at Angelina in Paris. We loved the tea sandwiches and pastries.
In addition to the fried chicken with claw on, Strip T’s, Watertown served an amazing banh mi with tofu. So darn good.
We finally got Lil Sis to make a few guests posts. Truly a momentous occasion and we were stoked when she was interested in writing about two of her food experiences at Toro and Mistral. Guest Post: BMH’s Lil Sis: Toro, South End, Boston.
We have been crossing off 7×7 100 Things To Eat Before you Die and the deviled eggs at Park Tavern, North Beach, San Francisco was a favorite thus far, not to mention the other appetizers, burger and loved the ambiance.
We were really impressed by the design and space at Craftsman and Wolves, Mission District, San Francisco, as well as the cheddar, scallion, sausage and runny egg muffin The Rebel Within.
There is such thing as elevating street food or things that seem like they do not need fixing. Artisanal bubble tea is served at the pop up shop Boba Guys, Mission District, San Francisco. Go try it.
Ramen Underground, San Francisco has one of the coolest menu boards, not to mention solid ramen with the optionality to order extra noodles for broth.
Sightglass again? Yes. Can’t get enough of the ambiance, design and coffee proecss at Sightglass Coffee, SOMA, San Francisco.
How adorable are these crocheted ice cream cones in the window at Ici Ice Cream, Berkeley. The creative flavors are worth the trip to Berkeley.
Trattoria La Siciliana in Berkeley serves the best mushroom ravioli ever eaten in our lives. THAT GOOD.
