Giveaway: America’s Test Kitchen Pair of Tickets October 16, 2013 Sanders Theatre, Harvard Square

We have loved and tried many recipes from Cooks Illustrated (including an adaptation of Pasta with Broccolini and Sausage) and from The Cook’s Illustrated Cookbook: 2,000 Recipes from 20 Years of America’s Most Trusted Cooking Magazine.

Several years ago, we attended America’s Test Kitchen’s evening series in Cambridge and our readers have the opportunity to win one pair of tickets to the Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 8pm at Sanders Theater, Harvard Square.

  1. My favorite Test Kitchen recipe is the vegetarian chili. In the many years that I’ve been a vegetarian, I’ve come across a lot of chili recipes. The Test Kitchen version is one of the better ones because it uses minimal ingredients, but the flavor is great.
