2013 Reflection: Reader’s Choice

We love reviewing what food adventures our readers enjoyed in 2013. In fact, we were not surprised about which recipes  rose to the top, as they are some of our favorites as well!

Our mom’s recipe for Vietnamese Fresh Vegetarian Fresh Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn Chay) and Nacho Cheese Kale Chips were again top favorites. Other reader favorites were cozy, carby and full of goodness including Turkey Cottage Cheese Lasagna, a new spin on crab cakes with Panko Crusted Salmon Cakes with Stonewall Kitchen Horseradish Mustard Remoulade Sauce and Horseradish Corn,  Baked Raised Doughnuts that give Dunkin Donuts a run for the money and an Austin Texas favorite of Stubb’s Serrano Cheese Spinach.
