How to Make Banana Carrot Muffins


Flour Salted Butter Brown Sugar Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Baking Powder Shredded Carrots Mashed Bananas

Step One:

In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs and banana, beating well. Add the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.

Step Two:

Fold in the carrots.  Spoon the batter into muffin cups about ¾ full.

Step Three:

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown .
