Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl stir together the flour, sugars, black cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the egg, vanilla, and butter. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop 15 cookies, three inches apart. This will be on 2-3 cookie sheets.
Bake for 12-13 minutes, until barely set. Let cool completely.
