Instructions
Brown Butter
Brown the butter over medium heat, stirring frequently. Let cool to room temperature.
Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix the cooled butter and sugars.
Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55-65 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
If the top of the banana bread starts to get too dark, you can cover it with foil.
