Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add the sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
Next, add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and mix just until incorporated.
Mix in the chocolate chips just until evenly distributed.
Drop balls of dough onto the prepared pans using a cookie scoop. Divide each ball into four small pieces.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Do not overbake. Let cool completely on the pans.
