Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment.
Crust
Cream together the butter and sugars in a large bowl.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients.
Press in the prepared pan to form a crust.
Filling
Add the chocolate chips and pecans to the crust.
In a medium bowl, stir together the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
Drizzle the filling over the pecans and chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the filling only jiggles slightly and the top is golden brown.
Let cool completely.
