Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Mix the butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Mix in the white chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 24 balls.
Place on the prepared cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, you can chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
