Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
Cream the butter.
Add eggs, honey, bananas, and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Check every 20 minutes. If the top starts to get too dark cover the bread with foil.
