Instructions
Mix the hot espresso with the syrup in a latte glass.
Pour in the hot milk.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh lavender.
Lavender Simple Syrup
Combine the boiling water and sugar.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the lavender. Let steep for 15 minutes.
Strain to remove the lavender. Store in a glass jar.
