Instructions
Combine the boiling water with the sugar in a 16 oz heat-safe drinking glass or pint-sized mason jar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the lavender. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain.
Pour in the lemon juice.
Add ice to fill. Stir.
Add cold water if needed. Serve with a slice of fresh lemon.
