Instructions
Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 30 seconds, stir. Continue heating in 15 second increments, stirring after each, until melted.
Divide between the graham cracker crust.
Chill for at least 10 minutes to set the ganache.
Place the pies on a metal baking sheet.
Divide the marshmallows between the crusts.
Preheat the broiler of the oven.
Broil for 30 seconds or until the marshmallows are toasted. Watch closely or they will burn.
