Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners and spray with cooking spray.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, peanut butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill the prepared muffin cups about ¾ full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
