Strawberry Chocolate Candies
Homemade chocolates made with fresh strawberries are the perfect sweet treat! A decadent dessert with just 3 ingredients!

- silicone mold
Ingredients
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup strawberries chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Mix sugar with strawberries and let rest in fridge.
- Melt chocolate in microwave or double broiler.
- Coat the sides of the mold with melted chocolate.
- Let harden in the refrigerator.
- Drain the juice from the berries.
- Put the strawberries in the chocolate molds.
- Cover with additional chocolate.
- Chill for a few minutes and then serve immediately.
Notes
To melt chocolate chips in the microwave heat for 20 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chips are 75% melted. At that point, let them rest for a minute or two. Stir until they finish melting.
