Mix sugar with strawberries and let rest in fridge.
Melt chocolate in microwave or double broiler.
Coat the sides of the mold with melted chocolate.
Let harden in the refrigerator.
Drain the juice from the berries.
Put the strawberries in the chocolate molds.
Cover with additional chocolate.
Chill for a few minutes and then serve immediately.
Notes
To melt chocolate chips in the microwave heat for 20 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chips are 75% melted. At that point, let them rest for a minute or two. Stir until they finish melting.
