Preheat the oven to 425. Grease an 8x8 baking dish
Add 10 tablespoons of butter and flour to a food processor. Pulse until it is small crumbs.
Add the buttermilk. Process until a dough forms,
Drop 9 large spoonfuls of dough into the pan in three rows of three,
Put thin pats of the remaining butter between the balls of dough.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Honey Butter
Mix the honey and softened butter. Serve with the cooked biscuits.

Self-Rising Flour Substitute: To make self-rising flour, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1½ teaspoons baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt.Buttermilk Substitute: Combine whole milk with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
