Blueberry Sauce

frozen blueberries

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Put the melted butter in the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Put the cheese blintz in the pan on top of the butter.
Mix the custard ingredients until smooth.
Pour the custard over the blintz.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot.
Blueberry Sauce
Heat the blueberries in a small saucepan until they begin to pop.
Add the sugar and lemon juice,
Cook until the sugar melts.
Cool to room temperature. Serve with the casserole.
