Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Press the crust into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch tart pan.
In a medium bowl mix together the apples, sugar, and lemon zest.
Add fruit to the unbaked pie crusts.
Combine the topping ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until crumbs form.
Sprinkle the crumbs over the tart. Place the tart pan on a large rimmed baking sheet covered with foil.
Bake at for 35-40 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the juices are bubbling.
Cool completely.
