Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease a pie plate and add the pie dough. Crimp the edges.
In a medium bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, flour, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla until creamy with an electric mixer.
Add the cinnamon custard to the unbaked pie crust.
Bake at for 25-30 minutes until the center barely jiggles and the edges are golden brown. It may puff up like a souffle but will fall as it cools.
Cool completely.

Crust - You can use a prepared frozen crust if you prefer.
