Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Line 18 holes of a muffin pan with paper liners and spray with cooking spray.
Beat eggs, yogurt, oil, sugars, and vanilla together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated.
Divide between prepared muffin tins.
Mix the topping ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle over the muffin batter. Press down slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer carefully onto a wire rack. Let cool completely.
