Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add the sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
Next, add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and mix just until incorporated.
Mix in the oreo crumbs and chocolate chips just until evenly distributed.
Drop balls of dough onto the prepared pans using a medium cookie scoop.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Let cool completely on the pans.
