Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Cook the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it browns.
Add the sugar and honey. Heat over low heat until the sugar melts. Cool to room temperature.
Mix together the cooled honey mixture with the eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Slowly add the flour to mixture. Stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Press lines with a fork, if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 8-9 minutes. Do not overbake. You want the edges to be slightly golden.
