Instructions
Mix the dough ingredients together in a large bowl with a dough whisk or wooden spoon. Do not knead. Just mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover the bowl and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan.
Let rise for 45 minutes.
Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with oatmeal.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
Let cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before slicing.
