Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper and grease with butter or cooking spray.
Place the pears in the prepared pan.
In a bowl with an electric mixer combine all the batter ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Drop dollops around the pears and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 min or until golden.

Pears - You can use
very ripe
fresh pears if you prefer. Simply peel, core, and slice.
