Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a two-cup oven-safe baking dish.
In a small bowl mix together the apples and sugar.
Add fruit to the baking dish.
Combine the topping ingredients in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until the ingredients are incorporated and crumbs form.
Sprinkle the crumbs over the apples.
Bake at for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the juices are bubbling.
