You'll be hooked on this Peach Blondies Recipe from the very first bite. It's a peach dessert that uses basic ingredients, but satisfies your sweet tooth every time. The juicy peaches paired with the soft texture of blondies create a dessert that every peach fan will love.

I've always been a fan of that fudgy brownie texture, but there's no denying this blondie recipe is also at the top of my dessert list. It's not only one of those simple peach recipes, but I love how it takes minimal effort while tasting like it took a lot of time.
The house fills with a buttery aroma as they bake, which will make it hard to wait for that first bite. It's a sensational dessert with fresh peaches, but frozen peaches make it accessible year-round as well.

How to Make Peach Blondies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add parchment paper to a 9X13-inch pan.

Step One: Mix the sugars and butter until smooth.

Step Two: Mix in the extracts and eggs. Add half the flour, the salt, and the baking soda, and stir.

Step Three: Add the rest of the flour and stir. Mix just until the dry ingredients are incorporated.

Step Four: Carefully fold in the peaches, then spread the batter into the prepared pan. It will be thick like cookie dough.

Step Five: Put the pan in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Bake until the middle of the blondies no longer jiggles, and they're golden brown.

Step Six: Let it cool completely before cutting.
Top Tip
The peaches need to be flavorful to stand out in the dessert. If they're dull or muted, the dessert will still be delicious, just not overly peach-flavored.
Substitutions
- Brown sugar - Light brown sugar can be used in this, as well as dark brown sugar. The darker the sugar, the darker the blondies.
- Sliced peaches - If you want to use sliced peaches instead of chopped, that's totally fine.
Variations
- White chocolate chips - You can always add some chocolate chips to the mixture, or even on top for a sweet treat.
- Spices - Try adding cinnamon or ginger. Both pair well with peaches.
- Nuts - Add some chopped walnuts or pecans for a crunch.
- Ice cream - A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top makes this dessert pure perfection.

Equipment
To make these homemade blondies, you'll need an electric mixer and a wooden spoon, a large bowl, and a casserole dish. If you're going to line the dish with parchment paper, be sure to have that on hand as well.
Storage
Once the brownies are baked and cooled, cover and store them in the fridge. Make sure that you have them in an airtight container so that they don't absorb odors or flavors.
You can also freeze them in individual portions and put them in sealable freezer bags for later. Then, when you're ready to eat, just move the bag to the fridge to thaw.

Common Questions
You want to be careful not to add extra peach juice, as this will make the blondies soggy. If you're using frozen peaches, drain excess water before adding.
You can. Melting chocolate and drizzling it on top is a simple and fast option. You could also add a dusting of powdered sugar or a little whipped cream. If you want to add a fun look before serving, place a peach slice right on top, right as you're serving - but not before that, as the peach can make the top soggy.
