This Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade Recipe makes the perfect delicious drink. It's a refreshing beverage that is full of fruity flavors. The tea and tropical flavor are the perfect balance.

This is one Starbucks copycat recipe that I actually like better than the original drink. The simple ingredients listed on the recipe card prove that iced tea lemonade is just what is needed on those hot days of summer.
The added tropical guava twist really stands out against the other flavors of the light lemonade. The most important thing to remember is that you don't have to stress out finding the closest Starbucks locations because you can make this homemade lemonade recipe right at home.

How to Make Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade
Step One: Add 1 cup boiling water to the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the rest of the water to the tea bags and steep for 2-3 minutes.
Step Two: Add the brewed tea to a large pitcher.
Step Three: Next, add the simple syrup. As you pour the different ingredients they will mix.
Step Four: After that add the guava nectar. You can add ice at this point.
Step Five: Finally, add the lemon juice and stir. It is ready immediately.
Step Six: Serve over ice cubes with a slice of fresh lemon. You can add fun straws or garnishes to the drink as well.
Top Tip
If you want to make this with other fruit juices, you can! Passion fruit or any tropical fruit added would be delicious.
Substitutions
- Tea bags - You can easily make this lemonade with different types of tea. Instead of your favorite white tea, try green tea bags, or even a black tea bag to make this delicious guava drink. You can start with this Lipton Iced Tea Recipe as a base.
- Sweetener - Opt for brown sugar or honey instead of white sugar to give this white iced tea a pop of sweetness.
Variations
- Decaf tea—If you want less caffeine in the drink, you can still get that white tea taste by using decaf tea bags. You'll still use the same amount of sweetener, just use a different type of tea.
- Store-bought lemonade - Using already made lemonade and just adding a few ingredients to it can be a quick way to save some time. This won't taste exactly like a Starbucks guava drink, but it will be a good start.
This Honey Lavender Syrup would be a fun addition to try with this simple tea drink!
Equipment
Making your favorite Starbucks drinks at home couldn't be easier! You just need a whisk, measuring cup, and glass!
Storage
For the best results, make and drink this refreshing drink right away. If you try and make it ahead of time, the ice cubes can and will melt, watering down the drink. I make this and then drink it right away - and it always has the best flavor and taste.
Common Questions
It has a hint of lemonade in the flavor, but with the addition of the tea, you can definitely tell that it's not just lemonade in the glass. It has a little bit of tea flavor, a little bit of lemonade flavoring, and a little bit of tropical fruit flavor as well.Â
You can boil water quickly on the stovetop, or in the microwave using a microwave-safe container. I tend to prefer the stovetop method just because I can keep an eye on it and see it boiling to know when it's ready, rather than having to try and time it in the microwave.Â
Lemon slices, sugar on the rim, or even cute little umbrellas are all great options. You can also buy fun and festive straws to use as well.Â
