We always receive raves with this hybrid chewy brownie cookies. The brownie cookies have a nice chew, fudgey flavor and we particularly like how the flour creates crackled tops. Another way to enjoy a brownie and extra bonus is dunking it with favorite cup of tea or milk!

- 1 pkg. family size brownie mix
- 3/4 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs, oil and water. To the brownie mix, add the additional flour and combine all ingredients. Mix well. Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11 minutes. Store in airtight container.
